Unique in size the Zayer Memphus 4000 is a bridge
type 5 axis milling machine capable of machining
larger components with extream accuracy. Controlled
via Heidenhain programming the Zayer boast a 36
tool auto tool changer and auto Renishaw tool setter.
The head is programable in infinate angles with

Ranging from small
to large pressing Leussink can accomodate most strip
and assemble processes in house up to 200 tonne
capacity. With liquid nitrogen located onsite, we
can carry out precision assemblies without material
pickup between mating components Temperature controlled
bearing heaters raise the temperature to OEM specification
prior to fitment.
Using advanced reverse engineering digital Coordinate
Measuring Machines (CMM), Leussink can deliver full
comprehensive strip and reports of all power transmission
or any mechanical assembly that is require measure
and reporting. Comparing measured results to OEM
specifications Leussink deliver an easy to read
Pass/Fail reporting structure so that quick inspection
can advise of the exact situation at hand.
The Leussink design team delivers high end reverse
engineered components using the latest scanning
and datapoint collection metrology equipment. The
data we collect is imported directly into CAD where
we can the run FEA for optimal performance and life
cycle. Engineered adjustments can be added and varified
prior to heading to the factory floor.
Leussink has our own logistic division to take
care all deliveries. With upto 30 tonne overhead
lifting capacity, 8 Tonne x 8m truck transport capability
or asimple 2.5 Tonne fork lift and warehouse storage
facitity, Leussink has your logistics covered. Of
course we can also project manage mobile crane lifting
inside our factory should the need arise.
The Leussink Estimating team can offer you a free
quotation for your part and offer our best lead
time to meet the your requirement. Alternatively,
like many of our repeat customers, they simply employ
Leussink on a "do and charge" arangement.
As the name suggest, the value of the part will
be charged for the time taken to produce plus material
to give a final fixed price. This attracts added
benifit of quicker responce times in getting your
part back into service without waiting for a quote.
Our rates are compeditive and if machine up time
is more important than waiting for a quote then

guarantee a fixed price for a given period of time.
