Our fabrication capabilities and resources have grown significantly over the last decade to incorporate state of the art equipment including the following key items:
- Demmeler 3D modular welding and fixturing system incorporating three off 3000 x 1500 x 850 tables mounted on a 16m rail system
- Demmeler Manipulator with integrated rail system
- Robotic welding cell with integrated 3000 x 1500 x 850 Demmeler table
- Motoman Trans Robo WQS 5000 robot welder
Our customers benefit greatly from the seamless integration of our fabrication facility with our traditional machine shop services. All of our services from initial design, fabrication and then final machining are undertaken in house ensuring continuity of responsibility and quality control.

Welding

Our welder’s experience encompasses stainless steel, aluminium, mid steel, MIG and TIG as well as robotic welding. All jobs will be prepared, loaded and programmed accordingly to ensure all specifications and tolerances are adhered to.
Robotic Welding
Welding, once the realm of highly-skilled tradesman, is now shifting in to the automation arena in the new century. While small runs, prototype work and one-off jobs are still under the command of expert welders, robotic welding is the ideal solution for when large volumes require consistent and repeatable actions. Using software to plan and plot the areas that need to be welded, robotic welding equipment can operate at full capacity 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.
Aside from stamina, a robotic welder can achieve a superior level of quality by ensuring the correct welding angle, speed, and distance with repeated accuracy. Leussink is able to provide you with an automated welding solution that is ideal for your business and its needs.
Assembly
From concept to design, manufacturing to finishing, at Leussink we are able to deliver on every stage of a product’s development, including assembly. We are able to sit with you and get to know the problem you are trying to solve, and then create and manufacture the component you need. We are then able to assemble the component in our facilities under the watchful eye of our experienced and specialist assembly workers. Each element of the component being assembled will be double checked against the design to ensure they meet the exact specifications.
